Section 43
Dispute resolution
(1) If any dispute arises between the organization and the service recipient in relation to any work performed by the organization in accordance with this Act, the related organization shall resolve it by mutual agreement within seven days of the occurrence of such dispute.
(2) If the dispute cannot be resolved within the period specified in sub-section (1), any party to any dispute may submit an application for dispute resolution to the payment system department of the bank within fifteen days of the opening of the dispute.
(3) If an application is received according to sub-section (2), the bank shall give the parties to the dispute an opportunity to be heard and resolve the dispute by adopting the conciliation process or other dispute resolution measures in accordance with the prevailing law.
(4) The decision made by the bank in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be final.
